Formerly known as The Jeffries Banknote Company, the 1927 structure underwent residential conversion in 2012. The Jeffries is a 45,000 SF mixed-use seven-story brick luxury apartment building with ground floor retail seated in the “Old Bank District” of Downtown Los Angeles.
